• Self-Service: Sign in to your account, open My Account → Account details and use the “Delete account” option at the bottom of that page. Your account, profile and personal data are then permanently deleted.
• By Email Request: You can request data deletion by sending an email to ac.ytuaebavitobfsctd-6c1933@ofni. We will process your request and remove your data from our systems.

Please note: booking and transaction records that we are required to keep for accounting or legal purposes may be retained after your account is deleted.
