Welcome to TIVA BEAUTY. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked through our online system, by phone, or in person.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your booking is completed.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth start.
  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the treatment will be shortened accordingly.

2. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of:
    — Late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice)
    — No-show
    — Failure to manage or update your appointment in your online account

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment.
  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the treatment will be shortened accordingly.
  • We will always do our best to provide you with the most effective session possible within the remaining time.

3. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our priority.

  • Please inform your therapist of any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to:
    pregnancy or postpartum status, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, kidney issues, infections, skin conditions, injuries, or allergies.
  • We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline any service if it is deemed unsafe.
  • All tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety standards.

4. Use of the Website

By accessing tivabeauty.ca, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or performance

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of:
    — Late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice)
    — No-show
    — Arrival significantly late, resulting in reduced service time
    — Failure to manage or update your booking
  • Packages and promotional offers are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

6. Insurance & Benefits (Registered Massage Therapy)

  • If you wish to use your insurance benefits for reimbursement, please ensure that you book your appointment only with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
  • RMT availability is clearly indicated on our website when selecting your practitioner.
  • After your session, you will receive an invoice including the therapist’s license number, which can be submitted to your insurance provider.
  • Please note that coverage and reimbursement depend entirely on your individual insurance plan. TIVA BEAUTY does not guarantee reimbursement.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional offers may be limited in time or availability and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

  • TIVA BEAUTY is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes if relevant health information was not disclosed prior to treatment.
  • Clients are encouraged to consult a physician if unsure whether a treatment is appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Informed Consent, Health Disclosure & Service Acknowledgement

By booking a service, I confirm that I have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

I understand that TIVA BEAUTY provides wellness and aesthetic services only, which do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care or professional medical advice.

Health Disclosure:
I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant health conditions, including pregnancy/postpartum status, high blood pressure, swelling, blood clot risk, heart or kidney conditions, infections, skin conditions, medication use, and allergies.

Results & Risks:
I understand that results vary and are not guaranteed. Temporary reactions such as redness, sensitivity, or discomfort may occur.

Service Safety:
I understand that the practitioner may modify, pause, or stop a treatment at any time for safety reasons.

Cancellation & No-Show:
I acknowledge that failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service price, and that late arrival will result in a shortened session without extension of time.

Data Consent:
I consent to the collection and use of my personal information for booking, service delivery, and communication purposes (SMS, email, phone) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
