Welcome to TIVA Beauty. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked through our online system, by phone, or in person.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS after booking.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth start.
- If you’re late, your treatment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen.
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of the service price.
- Repeat last-minute cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings.
3. Health & Safety
Your health is our top priority.
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or injuries before your session.
- We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
- All tools and equipment are sanitized according to health standards.
4. Use of the Website
By accessing tivabeauty.com, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the security or performance of the website
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards.
- Packages and promotions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards must be presented at time of use and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotional offers may be limited in time or availability and cannot be combined unless stated.
7. Liability
TIVA Beauty is not liable for any reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments if all known health information was not disclosed in advance. Please consult a physician if you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. Continuing to use our services or website after changes are published means you agree to the updated terms.
9. Informed Consent, Health Disclosure, and Service Acknowledgement
I have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. I specifically acknowledge and accept the Cancellation Policy (Section 2) and the Health Disclosure and Informed Consent terms outlined below.
I understand TIVA BEAUTY services are wellness/aesthetic services (not medical care), do not diagnose or treat disease, and do not replace medical advice.
- Health Disclosure: I confirm I have disclosed all relevant health information (including pregnancy/postpartum status, high blood pressure/preeclampsia, unusual swelling, blood-clot risk/history, heart/kidney conditions, infections/fever, skin conditions/wounds, anticoagulant use, and allergies including seaweed/iodine/cosmetic ingredients).
- Results & Risks: I understand results vary and are not guaranteed, and temporary reactions (redness, sensitivity, discomfort, fatigue, etc.) may occur.
- Service Safety: I agree that the practitioner may modify, pause, or refuse/stop a service for safety reasons.
Cancellation/No-Show: I understand that 50% of my deposit is non-refundable if I do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to my appointment time, as described in the Cancellation Policy (Section 2).
Data Consent: I consent to the collection and processing of my personal information for booking, service delivery, and necessary service communications (SMS/email/phone) in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
